Phone calls are preferred when the issue is time sensitive but note that our office hours are 9am - 5pm EST., Monday through Friday. Your bug report should be as detailed as possible including any error codes or error messages (e.g. 404, 500) and a description of when the bug occurs (e.g navagation bar disappears after clicking the catalog link) so we can fix the problem as quickly as possible.
