Phone calls are preferred when the issue is time sensitive but note that our office hours are 9am - 5pm EST., Monday through Friday. If we miss your call please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

Your bug report should be as detailed as possible including any error codes or error messages (e.g. 404, 500) and a description of when the bug occurs (e.g navagation bar disappears after clicking the catalog link) so we can fix the problem as quickly as possible.
